This Page is to recognize all the amazing Coaches that have helped and continue to support me with my journey. What makes a great coach versus a good coach?
When you look for a coach to help you on your 'fat loss journey' or even if you want or need to put on muscle:
- A GREAT coach will not be judgmental and accept all people no matter of size or fitness level.
- This GREAT coach will not show preference over a male or female client.
- Regardless of the bottom line sale, will give you the respect you deserve when you put in the time and work.
In my humble opinion, these are the characteristics of a GREAT coach.
Great Coaches I have worked with in no particular order:
Conan Fuerte: Conan was my first Coach/Personal trainer and we worked together from 2000-2001; with his help I shed my first 100lbs. He was able to make all exercises work for me no matter my size. Loved our Kickboxing time! (pic to be inserted at a later time)
Byron Pranger: My friend, business partner and second coach. He continues to push me to learn and excel at my fat loss. I am grateful to him for sharing his wealth of knowledge with me and having the patience to do it a second time when I had my car accident and had a partial loss of memory.
John Romaniello: Roman of Roman Fitness Systems http://www.romanfitnesssystems.com/coaching/, is based out of New York City and has consulted with me on my workouts and nutrition since 2010. My previous experience with Roman included the use of these programs:

- XFLD (co-author) http://e-xtremefatlossdiet.com/
- FLF http://fatloss4everdiet.com/programs with great success.
I also worked with Roman through his Online Coaching program. His programs are intense and his cardio routines are offensive to say the least.
Eric Cressey: Cressey Performance http://www.cresseyperformance.com/. I purchased his program Show & Go, http://showandgotraining.com/, which was an enormous help to get me back to lifting heavy. In addition he includes a lot of Mobility Exercises in his program that helps to repair pre-existing damage and imbalances you might have. I love working with program and to this day use the Mobility Exercises for myself and my clients/group class participants.
There are many coaches at T-Nation www.t-nation.com that I have been consulting with during my Indigo journey:
Christian Thibaudeau, Chris Shugart, are just a couple that I can mention.
The coaching and exercise programs I have used over the last year are exclusive to the individuals participating in the project. I would also count my numerous teammates as Assistant Coaches. I look forward to my continued success with this product.
I highly recommend any of these individuals, programs and organizations.
